What room setup and equipment do you require?
- Jaime requires a projector and screen for presentations. He provides his own laptop and interactive materials to engage participants effectively. Room configuration depends on the specific service and delivery format – seating with tables works best for most sessions, whilst theatre-style seating suits larger groups.
- Jaime typically delivers sessions independently, though an assistant may accompany him for larger group events depending on participant numbers and session requirements
What are your rates and how is pricing structured?
Pricing is customised based on your specific requirements and service package. Key pricing information includes:
- All package rates exclude travel costs – travel outside of Metro Melbourne incurs travel fees, with interstate and overseas travel expenses payable at time of booking
- Interactive consulting services are charged at a flat rate for groups up to 35 participants, with larger groups accommodated through negotiated pricing
- 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation, with full payment due within 14 days of invoice
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to scheduled service forfeit deposit and travel costs only
- Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled service incur full fee payment
- All travel expenses are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing
- Australian fees incur 10% GST, international fees are GST free
